Social media campaign finds new clients
A financial services company asked Nicola to establish its presence on Twitter, positioning it as an independent expert on personal finance. Nicola set up all the functionality needed to track conversations and contributed to them whilst maintaining accurate social monitoring.
With her understanding of the client’s business she tweeted appropriately and in a timely way coinciding with company as well as national news (like Treasury announcements). The Managing Director said: “It’s noticeable how different things are since Nicola came on board. ”
